Discussion about 166 East 96th Street in Carnegie Hill
Why is 3D so cheap? At least compared to the other available/in contract listings? Same size as 5D, only 2 floors down. (and on a related note, why has 6C been on the market for 1,211 days? Others seem to sit on the market for a very long time...)
