My husband and I are first-time buyers looking into a 2BR, long-term residence in a relatively affordable area, and both Hamilton Heights and Coop Village came across my path. We will eventually have a family in the apt., so public schools are a factor. I have walked around both areas, and both have advantages and disadvantages. So, I figured I'd ask the board. Would you rather live in Hamilton Heights or Coop City on the LES, and why?
