Discussion about 585 West End Avenue #10H
How is it possible that people are willing to rent from this notorious landlord who has been cited for violations in many of his buildings,(including this one) and for running his buildings into the ground, hoping there will be a revolving door of new tenants. Note the previous tenant for this apartment was only there since 1/12. Already out. The scaffolding has been in place for 9 years. "outside work to be done"??? Surely they jest. This building is a blight in the neighborhood.
