Large Dog Owner Looking in UWS

Hi Everyone, I own an 11 year old lab and I'm looking to move to New York and living in the Upper West Side. I am nervous about being able to find a place near Central Park with an elevator or on the first floor so that as my dog ages she doesn't have to worry about many stairs. Any tips or advice you could give me as I start my search and some things to keep in mind? thanks! Kaleb
