I recently went to see this loft. Even though the broker does mention it is raw space in their write up, I went to see the apartment because it is listed as a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. However when I viewed the raw space there was only one actual bathroom ( while the other lofts in the building have added an extra bathroom). Secondly the length of this loft is noted as 100sqft which has an extra 12sqft in length from other lofts that have been listed in the same building. Is this typical in lofts to vary in length in the same building or is the broker made a mistake?
Lastly, I was curious to know why this loft building commands such a high premium per sq ft vs other lofts in say the flatiron. Is this merely because there is a premium for loft in Greenwich village?
