I've had people come by to see the place and have left very disappointed and I'm sure annoyed at having wasted their time coming. The apartment is about 250 sq. feet total. There is not room for a queen sized bed and I found that out the hard way by not measuring and just assuming that my FULL bed would fit and I had to get rid of it after trying to move it in. I have a twin bed and that is all that will fit. I live there just with my 10 lb chihuahua and that's pushing it space-wise. For couples wanting to share a one-bedroom place, apartment 1C would simply not work. Sorry to be blunt but I know it's a pain trekking around to see apartments in this heat so I wanted to get that out in hopes of saving a trip for someone who was otherwise misled.
