Four years after buying this, a RE lawyer got around to reading the offering plan. He discovered that the apartment as described in the offering plan's plans was quite a bit larger than what he bought. Now he wants the co-op to either give him back the space, or reduce the number of shares allocated to the apartment and refund him the extra maintenance.
