Inaccurate Listing - 337 East 49th St.

I am familiar with this building and this unit and the previous thread is completely correct. It's a tiny apartment, much closer to 400 sq ft and definitely not 900 sq ft as the listing says. The back bedroom can barely fit a full size bed, with no room for furniture. The floors are cheap vinyl, not hardwood - and in fact, the vinyl is warped in certain places. The kitchen is very poorly configured with very little cabinet space. In fact, because of the location of the stove, you can't open one of the cabinet doors at all. The bathroom is also awkwardly laid out - the shower is filthy and there is no mirror or medicine cabinet. Be aware of false advertising!
