I mean its not like the (1)ultra conservative underwriters are killing deals that should be made with more than qualified buyers and (2)Appraisers are coming in way too low. Banks are shooting themselves in the foot by accepting no risk when lending...no risk no return and we are not even really talking risk here. manhattan buyers are mostly cash so they don't have to kiss the banks ass but the rest do....sucks for the banks.
