337 E 49th - False Listing

I can only imagine that this apartment was taken down and re-posted because there were negative postings about the building and the listing. Renters - be aware: this apt is listed at 900 sq ft and this is simply untrue - it's much closer to 400 sq ft. The back bedroom (which is now listed as a walk-in closet, a more appropriate description) can barely fit a full size bed. No way could you fit a queen or king size bed in that room. The floors are cheap vinyl, not honey hardwood - and in fact, the vinyl is warped in certain places. This listing is full of erroneous claims and is priced way too high. Renters - there are buildings with elevators and laundry in bldg posted for less! Be aware!
