This listing has a lot of false information in it. Not only have I been in this unit, but just looking at the floor-plan you can see that there are only 2 bathrooms. Not sure why they advertise it with 2 1/2 bath. There is only 1 WIC. There is no storage in the building. Pets are not allowed in the building. I wonder what REBNY would think of this listing. Has anyone else been in this unit and noticed how flawed the listing is? Why would a broker do this? Really makes the building look bad. Any thoughts?
