Sumit Malhotra is a terrible landlord. My wife, 10-month old baby and I went around two months with a microwave and oven which the Corinthian maintenance team said needed to be replaced. We also realized that a master water filter was installed in the kitchen which was completely black, with experts in the industry noting it most likely wasn't replaced in many years. To top it off, Sumit kept my two-months of security deposit. I'm in the process of having an attorney get it back.
