Potential tenants should be careful with this one. The landlord cut a few corners on the renovations so all three toilets malfunction with annoying frequency, cupboard doors don't open properly, the floor where the balcony was enclosed wasn't insulated properly and gets very cold in winter etc etc. Minor annoyances, but indicative of his attitude. The landlord violated the lease both with surprise inspections and by withholding our security deposit long past the end of the lease. When it was returned he had kept a significant percentage to cover things, like cleaning the carpet, which would be considered standard after a multi-year lease. We are excellent tenants, in six rentals spanning more than twelve years before now we have never lost even a single cent of our security deposit. Be warned that in our experience if the landlord has the opportunity to take your money, he will.
