building at 156 Bedford Avenue

I'm a current tenant in this building and can not stress enough to stay away. I certainly will not be renewing. I would also recommend not renting any place connected to Leiter Realty. We've gone 15 days this winter already with no heat or hot water. The electricity has gone out on two occasions. The common areas are filthy, constantly, and the management company has incompetent people fix these issues, to the point where nothing ever works. Oh yeah, the ceiling has caved in twice, and the plumbing is so bad that we often get brown rusty water. Worst place I've ever lived.
