This building is infamous for its slumlord Hamid Khan. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE BUILDING PAINTING! There are mice/ rats spotted in the trash chutes and apartments; roaches are just daily residents that co-habit with you. No professional exterminator services provided. He owns all the buildings along w103-w104 and Broadway (from 2701 Broadway to 2709 Broadway), and there is only one super and one handyman for these various buildings. The super is very lazy, and will only respond to emergencies such as flooding toilet unless you keep calling 311 for inspection. The owner is dishonest and always speaks more than what he would actually act. Lack of heat and hot water in winter happens from time to time. Up to this date, there are at least 8 class A violations, 42 class B violations and 3 class C violations. Gates often malfunction. Residents suffer from collapsing bathroom ceilings, malfunctioning intercom and hence missing packages. Not worth a couple thousand dollars unless you are willing to do your own housing improvements on your own expenses.
