This building is shady! Elevator is ALWAYS out of service. Residents received a threat of eviction for placing recycling items IN THE RECYCLING area! Take note of a lot of smokers in the building and the entire hallway is a cloud of smoke. And most units are infested with roaches or bedbugs. sounds like a steal of a deal but it is not. Keep looking......
