As a current renter, I have to say that this building has been a complete disaster since AIMCO purchased it. Repair requests are ignored, the elevators are constantly breaking down, the trash chute is shutdown repeatedly and the current outdoor construction is long past their original estimation for completion. It is constantly loud in the building with the construction noise, and to top it all off, we have had cockroach problems since they brought in the repair crews. Be wary of this building.
