This listing is a booby trap! The listing claims: "1 BEDROOM GEM! Excellent Condition! Doorman" Two lies! There was no doorman. The kitchen is completely unfinished (no sink, no cabinets, no cooking range, no nothing). Subtract 30K from the price for that omission. Furthermore, the listing's floor plan is also erroneous, showing all kitchen appliances in situ with one wall not represented accurately.
