Hello All, I have come across a potential investment opportunity in Kew Gardens, Queens. (Condo) I'm somewhat familiar with the area now, and I am also familiar with how far it has come in the last 15 years or so, as my mother grew up there... In terms of a good investment property, do you (the reader) think that purchasing a Condo in this area is a good investment? The price is in the 300K range for a 1bd. Any thoughts, comments, suggestions would be SO very much appreciated. Thank you!
