Cost of partial Reno

Just moved into a 1300 sq feet apt with 12 feet ceiling, currently configured as a large 1bd/1bth ....wanted to get a sense of the cost involved in the following 1. Split a large bathroom into 2, this will involve installing a shower stall, pot and moving a sink, rest remains. Will require moving a sidewall by 3-4 ft to create additional space (from wic) for the second bathroom 2. Moving the kitchen 90 degrees upfront while reusing most of the cabinets and appliances. Countertops and backsplash will be new. The plumbing work require extending the current plumbing by 4-5 feet. 3. Putting a glass wall and door where the current kitchen is is make it a study/guest bedroom Ballpark estimates would be highly appreciated.
