Discussion about 3333 Henry Hudson Parkway in Riverdale

a friend of mine who is an attorney and was a cash buyer with excellent credit was denied an apartment in this building 2 years ago because she was black. everything was great when she spoke with the board over the phone until she actually came to the meeting and they saw she was a black person. she told me they just starred at her and said really nothing and then her application was denied and the board had a no reason or ever returned her phone calls .no black families live in this property. she ended up buying a condo in harlem lol!
