My wife and I are looking to buy a one or two bedroom in NYC. Do we need a broker to help us find the most up-to-date listings and purchase an apartment or do online searches (i.e. streeteasy) and listings capture most of the market? If the answer is yes, what's the best way to find a broker? Our price range is $650-750k. Thanks!
