I just saw the listing for 177 Kingston: https://streeteasy.com/building/177-kingston-avenue-brooklyn/4b The apartment is priced quite low for the sq footage, which is great, however talking with friends who live nearby, apparently the building has a history/reputation with noisy and violent tenants. Does the reduced price make sense considering the unfriendly neighbor situation? Especially considering it's a condo?
