FYI - this building is nowhere near being ready for occupancy. It is still very much a construction zone, and I can't see how it even has a Certificate of Occupancy. There are no real stairs, no lobby, no toilets, no kitchen appliance. The balconies are just metal slats. I doubt it will be ready for move ins on June 1.
