Hi, I'm very interested in this building. Can a current or former owner weigh in on its pros and cons? In another thread, posters mentioned roaches and mice? Were those isolated cases? Maintenance is low, but are there any major capital improvements coming up? Is the lobby modern or sort of old school? Lol thanks!
