Charging sublet fees for an empty apartment

After a grueling 3 years, I was finally able to sell my coop. My apartment sat empty for the last 27 months, with my last subtenant moving out Jan 2012. The sublet fees have continued to show up continuously every month since then, and to this day I have close to $2000 in sublet fees for an apt that sat empty. I was accused of illegally subletting my apartment when I never did. My closing attorney asked the mgmt agency for proof, yet they never provided any. They never removed the fees. I am contemplating taking them to court.
