Negotiating No-Fee Rentals?

I currently do not have a broker, and have been looking at No-Fee High-Rise Rental buildings. I have a couple questions. 1)WIll a No-Fee building cover the costs if I bring my own broker? Does the No-Fee mean I don't pay seller costs, or does it mean I pay nothing? 2) How negotiable are No-Fee Buildings? Currently they are offering the equivalent of around 1 month free, but in order to get in my price range, I am looking for closer to 2-2.5 months free. Any tips on negotiating the rent? Thanks,
