Beware of this rental. Look at the name of the owner and understand there will be shady business practices here. This guy Ray broke the lease with some legal bs and pushed 2 small babies out on the street just to raise the rent 1k. There is no privacy either especially with the neighbor next door who is always home and ease drops full time. Beautiful block, awful landlord and nei g hbor. Bring a cat unless you like mice. And be ready to move unexpectedly..
