Lux building ues w/pool and playroom

We are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment on the UES with W/D in unit (preferable) and playroom. Any suggestions? We are currently at the Horizon which has great amenities, looking for something comparable on the EUS. We saw Gracie Mews and it looked very old and not well maintained. The playroom was so so sad. Thx
