I am eyeing a particular condo loft. One drawback is that the parking lot next door to the building is going to be developed soon. How much of a quality of life problem does construction next door actually cause? How loud does it actually get? If I lock myself up in the bedroom during construction hours, will that muffle the noise, much? Any advice or tips would be appreciated.
