Planning to buy a condo in Atelier 625 west 42 street. The building looks great. I have a few simple questions: 1. Can any owner or tenant provide their unbiased opinion on the quality of the building/units, the facilities/.amenities, the management, the resale of the units, the neighbors? 2. Also why is the pool still closed? 3. Is the financing of the building good because of 421a tax abatement?
