Terminating Condo Management Agreement

Hi, I am on the board of a new condo building which has recently switched from sponsor-owned to owner-occupied. The current management company has been terrible and we would like to replace them, however the management agreement (such as it is; it is only 1 page) which was signed by the sponsor, says that it will remain in effect for two years, with no termination clauses. Any ideas on how we can legally break that contract? Thanks, Andy
