North Williamsburg is achieving rental rates between $55 and $70 per square foot, which is equivalent to major submarkets such as Upper West Side, NoLiTa and the East Village. Major brokerage firms are showing 50% of their online traffic coming from prospective tenants who want to move out of Manhattan. Is it safe to say Williamsburg has become more desirable than major Manhattan markets?
