Queens: Gut renovation 2br co-op

Hello all: I’m looking to make my first co-op purchase. The seller has agreed to give me a great deal on a 600sq feet 2br unit but I am unsure due to the amount of renovation that it will need. I am considering a full gut renovation of the entire apartment. This will include: New kitchen, bathroom (with new appliances), repainting everything, new flooring, electrical work etc. What can I expect for a basic complete renovation? I really like the deal that I’m getting but I am not willing to throw my money away. Any help is appreciated!!
