S4c is not and has never been on the market nor is there a contractual agreement to retain the services of a real estate agency to market the propertt for sale in 2014. The broker, Andy Leung of Rutenberg Realty, knew and should have known his and his brokerage firm's actions are deceptive and fraudulent. Said actions to market and to deceive the public of the sale of a property without consent of the owner are in violation of New York state law. Furthermore, any sales agreement will be invalidated due to fraud.
