Does anyone has any information on the household size for apartments that have income restriction at 250% of AMI? The listing broker is saying that the income/family is regardless of the number of family members, but based on these guidelines I found online, looks like the information is not accurate: http://www.statestreetliving.com/uploadfiles/1392398226_LIHC_New_HOP_2013_Income_Guidelines.pdf Any help is appreciated.
