Landlord Changing Lease After Signing

I have a problem that maybe someone can help with. I signed a lease today and so did the landlord. After I left, the landlord texted me, asking me to bring the lease back because they want to cross out the entire "repairs" paragraph in it. They informed me that they decided that I (the tenant) am responsible for the cost of any future repairs to anything in the apartment (nothing is even broken yet) including the heating, electrical, or plumbing system. Can a landlord rent an apartment in which they are not responsible for any repairs? Can a landlord demand to change a lease after it is signed by both parties? If I refuse to let her change the lease, can she refuse to give me the keys on the lease start date?
