Reasonable notice to show apt, LL threatening

I'm moving out next week and like most people who are moving, things are messy. I'm at work (I work normal hours) and get a text that the landlord is showing the apartment in an hour out of the blue. Then, I get a call from the LL because he obviously went into my place and is mad that the apt is messy. He then proceeds to say stuff like he's not judging how I live, but can't believe I live like that, and then tells me to just dump everything in boxes. Right - if packing was just that easy. I have a standard lease that says the LL can show the place with reasonable notice. Less than 24 hours to me, really isn't that reasonable. I can be flexible and do 12. The LL owns the entire building (more than 15 units) and lives next door to me. Things were always amicable until now. He's also a lawyer (not in tenant/LL law). I also read the NYC HPD law where it says 24 hours notice is required, but does this supersede my standard lease? http://rules.cityofnewyork.us/content/section-25-101-owners-right-access I asked for 12 hours notice going forward. He then said he wanted it clean/tidied up by Friday 3pm (which is about 48 hours from right now) and implied that was sufficient notice for ANY showing in the future. When I pointed out he was telling me how to pack and saying he wasn't judging how I live, he got mad and threatened to send my future calls regarding my security deposit "straight to voicemail". He's definitely not being "reasonable" about "reasonable notice". In the mean time, he continues to schedule appointments (one happened 2 hours ago and there's one in 3 hours). I know he's getting anxious because the place isn't renting -- he raised the rent by a lot and only one person came to see it in 3 weeks. He just dropped the rent to an appealing number today. On top of that, there's massive construction going on in front of my unit. Is there something else I need to do? I really wanted to followup the phone call with something in writing but am afraid to do so without further guidance but don't think I have enough to consult a lawyer yet. I'm already worrying about my security deposit and will document the state of the apartment when I move out since I didn't damage anything or put holes in the wall. Thanks! [less]
