The Assessment at Argyle

Hi, Does anyone know about the on-going assessment at Argyle? It's adding a couple of hundred $$ monthly but it's not open-ended (there's a cut-off date sometime). But since it's a quite new building, does anyone know why it needs so much money (assuming each unit pays the same, we are talking of $4 MM total from residents / a year, enough for them to building another Argyle :) )? And is it applicable to EVERY unit in this building or just new owners? Is there any chance of re-occurrence of assessment? Thanks!
