Worst run building in Williamsburg! Office never returns your calls, extremely unprofessional, and have no idea what is going on inside the building. The super is an absolute moron who just yells all day on the phone up and down the halls like he's important. Multiple people had break-ins, property stolen by people entering thru the front door with the door code and the super didn't notify anyone in the building it was happening and didn't change the locks for almost 4 months after multiple complaints. The gym is disgusting and has never been cleaned, none of the machines work and of course in the winter they disable the thermostat so it's freezing. Save your money b/c they will get you somehow with random gas charges ($75), security ($315) throughout the year. And good luck getting your security deposit back on time, if at all. [less]
