New condo – anything else to look for?

I am looking into putting an offer for condo unit in new construction building with 15 apts. Building does not have COO and it’s still in process of finalizing all paperwork. Per agent, this should be done in next 1-2 months. All units are under contract but one I am looking at. I am looking for investment as price is right, location is good and maintenance is low. Each apt has its own central cool/hot water heating (not included in maintenance). I plan to check for: - developer reputation/reference - type of heat/cool system used - how maintenance amount is determined and possible increases Apt has been on market for 6+ months hence I am somewhat concerned that others have spotted something off I cannot or this is just meant for me to buy it. I appreciate the feedback with people that are knowledgeable in this field and/or have experience with buying new condos. [less]
