A long time ago I spent a lot of time in this building in a duplex apartment on the ground and second floors. While it had no 5th Avenue view it did have a huge garden that's still there. When one is exposed to such grandeur at an early age every subsequent house or apartment fails to measure up. This is not only a beautiful building but its location is prime.
