Discussion about 170 Prospect Place in Prospect Heights
Just public service here: Beware of renting in this building. It's a revolving door for tenants for a reason: the landlord does not do any upkeep and retaliates against tenants who ask for the most basic apartment asks: heat, cleanliness, stopping leaks, etc. The hallway in the lobby hasn't been mopped in 3 years. The doors are always broken. They building is on its 4th super in a little over a year. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Do your research on the building and you'll see the 311 calls. But that's only the tip of the iceberg.
