Do you expect more Rent Stab Freezes going forward

NYC renters resourceful/lucky enough to have a Rent Stabilized apartment. Do you expect this new FREEZE in rent to be a trend setter going forward? Or just a one-timer? Interestingly, the 0% increase was approved by 5 board members and only rejected by 2. So if the members don't change (let's hope they don't), there's hope for more very low increases going forward.
