100 West 76th street

I lived in this building prior and the pipes are LOUD!! In the middle of the night, the pipes would start pounding(as if one was banging on them with another lead pipe). This is the heat source, so it's either no heat, or loud pipes! Unreal how much they charge in rent when they have VERY LOUD pipes pounding throughout the night whenever they turn the heat on. The floors are also VERY thin so you hear EVERYTHING that goes on upstairs(even adults walking around. so imagine if you have kids running around above you). Had a terrible experience with this building. The rent should be 30% less for what the apartment offers.
