Very poor/shabby management makes it difficult building to live in. Constant revolving door of tenants. They rent to families and young professionals sharing space with walls up. So one apt could be going to bed at 9pm when the one next door will start a raging party at 11pm. Terrible situation in every way. Also very slow in responding to complaints. Super is non-existent.
