Discussion about 220 Park Avenue South in Flatiron
Extremely frustrated with the landlord at 220 Park Avenue South. The building appears nice, but is actually in pretty poor condition. The elevator is slow and frequently doesn't work. Stairwells are clogged with trash, ladders, painting materials and other fire hazards. Washers and dryers are expensive, old and grungy. It takes the super weeks to do minimal repairs and months to do anything that actually needs to get fixed. Worst of all, management doesn't care enough to do anything. Bad, bad, bad.
