How much will this renovation cost?

Hi - I'm looking for estimates (what you've seen from experience) as to how much this project should cost: Partially renovate a 680 sft coop on Riv. Drive. The bathroom and bedroom was done last year, so we're looking at kitchen, front closet for the major stuff. New skim coating on walls in living room and take the paint off of the beams in the living room. Before I tell you what the estimates I've received are...how much should this cost?
