I read in an old post, which I can't seem to find again, about hiring a project manager to oversee the renovation and budget. They also do initial consultations and help you find the right contractors. There were a few great recommendations and I can't seem to find the post! It wasn't sweeten.com. Has anyone used these types of services and/or have recommendations? Thanks!
