Any comment on the Ruppert/Yorkville towers in the UES ?

Hi, we are looking at the 2BD/2BA condos in this building. They are decently priced and maintenance is not too high. Ofcourse the NYSC club membership is a big hole in your pocket. It is not included in the maintenance.. although I would think it does, the way the broker advertises. Please comment if anyone owns a property here. Thanks
